Voting for Missouri's Best 2025 begins June 1st, 2024 and ends June 15th, 2024

Missouri Magazine, Missouri's Best is the Legitimate Readers Choice Contest: - Started in 2017.
 

 The contest is open to any business, event with a location in Missouri. (must be in good standing with CDM Media Group, LLC.) 

Missouri's Best only allows write in votes per verified email. Our ballot will have the list of categories (over 450 plus categories) you can fill in the name of the business, person or event you would like to vote for. Only submit one name per category. 

Voting for Missouri's Best 2025 begins June 1st, 2024 and ends June 15th, 2024. You DO NOT vote every day. Only submit one name per category one time! 

We monitor vote-stuffing and manipulation - Ballot does not steer or influence who a voter should choose. 

 As of May 2023 we will no longer have a nomination period. You do not vote every day during our voting period (only one vote per cateogry). Again, our ballot will be fill in only no names will be listed. You have 15 days during the voting period to vote for your favs. 

Every year I review previous contests to be certain the category list is current and appropriate. At times, I may remove a category that had little or no participation in previous years. The best way to be sure "your" category stays in the contest is to encourage your customers to vote. I have rearranged and revised some of the groups this year in order to make the contest more user friendly. 

No incentives, prizes, goods or services may be offered in exchange for votes, Awarding something to the person who votes the most would be a rules violation, as would giving something for each voter. 

Any winning business must be in good standing with CDM Media Group, Missouri Magazine, Missouri's Best and still in operation by the date of the results to be promoted as a “Best of” winner. 

 We look to see that a business is in the correct category and is actually located in Missouri. This year we are asking people who vote for a business to provide some basic information about the business, such as a location and/or a contact number so that we can reach out to the business if we have any concerns. 

No. The winners are determined by the numbers of votes they receive. 

Campaigning is fine but paying directly for votes is not. 

No, users should only have one voting account. Please note that the company that administers this contest will flag suspicious voting patterns, and votes that violate the terms of this contest will be removed. 

No, in fact do you know less than 3% of our Missouri's Best winners advertise with us. 

 Any type of bullying or negative comments to others you will be banned from our social media pages and our compeition permanently. 

 While I know all businesses and people should be celebrated for all their hard work it's impossible to celebrate every business, person, and event in Missouri. We have over 450 plus categories and try to celebrate as many people as we can each and every year. 

We ask that businesses only enter those categories that truly represent what they are the "best" at. In some cases where categories could overlap or services are similar, our moderators will decide which category that business best fits into based on their business description. We reserve the right to limit the number of categories that an individual business is entered in.  

You get bragging rights for the entire year! Invited to our Missouri's Best private Red-Carpet event. Listed in our Missouri's Best special issue. Also, listed on our website for the year you won in. You will receive a certificate and decal at the Red-Carpet Event.

Our Missouri's Best logos are for our winners to use. Also, for anyone who would like to be nominated for Missouri's Best can use the vote for us logos only. Logos may NOT be edited. Logo abuse may result in disqualification from future ballots. If you need special customization of your logo, please e-mail us at hello@missourimagazines.com .

You are not allowed to save any image from our social media pages, website or any other content for your personal use or use our magazine cover images, photos or any other content without prior consent from CDM Media Group, LLC. Missouri's Best Red-Carpet event is held annually for winners only. All tickets are sold thourgh our event page on our website. You do not need to print your tickets as we will have your name at check in. To attend you must purchase tickets prior to the event. No tickets are sold at the door. 

Tickets will be available until sold out or our final deadline which is listed here. 

No refunds for tickets, VIP tables, sponsorships, etc. All sales are final. You can find more information on Missouri's Best Red-Carpet event here. 

We could not host our event without our sponsors. We can't thank you all enough.

Winners are invited to attend the Missouri's Best Red-Carpet Event. Walk the red-carpet and let us celebreate you! We love ya! However, if you do not reserve your tickets, VIP table or sponsorships by the deadline we will not be able to accomodate you. 

Unfortunately, we will no longer offer payments over a period of time for your sponsorships, tickets or VIP tables. You must pay in full at the time you place your order. No refunds,

Our billing is done through Stripe. All invoices will be sent from CDM Media Group, LLC via Stripe please pay your invoice from the invoice sent to your email. Missouri's Best Red-Carpet tickets, VIP tables and sponsorships you will check out using the links provided on our website page here. 

Important info on trade accounts: We are no longer doing trades on sponsorships due to past experiences that unfortunately have forced us to make a change to trade accounts. We wil no longer have any trade accounts. We apologize for any inconveniences.

As we all eagerly await Missouri’s Best Red-Carpet Event, we want to share a gentle reminder about our ticket policy. In the spirit of making every moment count, please note that we cannot issue refunds for the event. This includes those rare, unforeseen 'Act of God' scenarios. Your entry and presence on the event premises constitutes your consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded and to the release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of any and all recorded media of your appearance, voice, and name for any purpose whatsoever in perpetuity in connection with the CDM Media Group, LLC and its initiatives, including, by way of example only, use on websites, in social media, news and advertising.

By entering the event premises, you waive and release any claims you may have related to the use of recorded media of you at the event, including, without limitation, any right to inspect or approve the photo, video or audio recording of you, any claims for invasion of privacy, violation of the right of publicity, defamation, and copyright infringement or for any fees for use of such record media.

You understand that all photography, filming and/or recording will be done in reliance on this consent. If you do not agree to the foregoing, please do not enter the event premises.
